Booking Terms

Nak3d Eye Enterprises provides freelance driver labor services. The client supplies the vehicle, insurance, registration, permits, legal access documents, parking permissions, and all equipment required for the route.

In-market route hours are separate from en route drive time. Clients may not extend the driver, use the driver outside the booked market time, or try to absorb pickup-to-market or market-to-drop-off drive time into the in-market window. When travel time requires the driver to begin returning to the drop-off location, the driver will depart unless an approved paid extension is confirmed.

Routes with more than 5 stops, any stop 10 miles or more from the previous location, or any unverified mileage calculation require manual routing evaluation before checkout or dispatch confirmation.

The client is responsible for parking permits, municipal access permits, restricted street access documentation, loading zone permissions, and any written permissions required for the vehicle to park, enter, load, unload, or stage at requested locations. Drivers are not responsible for risking parking tickets, moving violations, unsafe instructions, illegal access, or equipment damage caused by missing client documentation.

Short-notice premiums may apply within 48 hours of vehicle pick up time. Additional drive time, unauthorized overtime, waiting time, reroutes, parking issues, permit issues, and route changes may create additional charges.

Bookings requested more than 30 days before the route start may be secured with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is charged 7 days before the expected route start. If the remaining balance is not paid no later than 5 days before the route start, the booked date and time are canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

Client cancellations 72 hours or more before the scheduled booking start time are eligible for a 100% refund. Client cancellations less than 72 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking start time are eligible for a 65% refund. Client cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking start time are eligible for a 35% refund.

If the assigned driver cancels for personal reasons or professional reasons unrelated to a natural disaster, federally declared state of emergency, or state-declared state of emergency, the client receives a 100% refund.

Stripe payment authorization does not guarantee dispatch acceptance if the route, vehicle, permits, or safety conditions are inaccurate or incomplete. Operations may request more information, adjust pricing, or decline unsafe or improperly documented work.
