Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bookings are priced for the requested driver labor, in-market time, logistics buffer, short-notice premium, route complexity, and selected add-ons. Operations may require manual review before confirming any route that exceeds automated stop or mileage limits.

Client Cancellations

Advance Reservation Deposits

Bookings requested more than 30 days before the route start may be secured with a 50% deposit. The final balance is charged 7 days before the expected route start. If the final balance is not paid no later than 5 days before the route start, the booking is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

Driver Cancellations

If the assigned driver cancels for personal reasons or professional reasons unrelated to a natural disaster, federally declared state of emergency, or state-declared state of emergency, the client receives a 100% refund.

Cancellations, rescheduling, incomplete vehicle documents, missing parking permits, unsafe access instructions, inaccurate route details, or client-caused delays may reduce refund eligibility beyond the timing schedule above when those issues prevent safe or legal service.

Short-notice premiums, manual routing review, dispatch preparation, and completed drive time may be non-refundable once operations begins work on the booking.

If a route cannot be performed safely or legally because the client failed to provide permits, municipal access documents, correct vehicle information, location contacts, or legal parking/loading access, the client remains responsible for costs caused by that failure.

Approved refunds are returned through the original Stripe payment method when possible.
